Minneapolis New Construction

"August residential permit figures suggest the region is considerably stronger than the national averages.  While August 2010 planned units were down about 15 percent from 2009, August units were up 73 percent from July 2010, and higher than in eight of the past 12 months."

Do you need an
agent to buy a
new construction
home?

Without one, you are not represented.  The friendly sales person at the model represents and will negotiate against you for the interest of the builder.  Most builders will pay the buyers agent commission IF the agent accompanies the buyer into the model for the first visit and registers their representation of the buyer.  Doesn't it make sense to have an experienced professional in your corner who will help you make the best decisions on developments, quality, lot, upgrades and the host of other decisions that have to be made when building a new home?

Find builders who have been recognized for quality craftsmanship by their peers.
